TIME TO UP YOUR BEDTIME GAME?

You know that feeling you get when you're tired and your brain won't shut up?
Yeah, me too.
I've been there. I know how it feels to lie in bed, with my eyes closed, trying to will myself into sleep as my mind races with thoughts of all the things I need to do tomorrow and how much I hate this part of my life right now and what if I never reach the goals I have set for myself? How did I get here? Where do we go when we die? And then, when I finally manage to drift off, a loud noise wakes me up again, and I'm left feeling more frustrated than when I started and feel like I'm the walking dead the next day.
Maybe you're reading this while waiting for your plane to take off, or perhaps it's late at night, and you're just trying to get some rest before the morning comes. Either way, I know how hard it can be to drift off when you need to.
A nighttime routine that calms your mind and body down and makes it easier to fall into deep rest can be elusive.
Here's a list of my favourite ways to set yourself up for a restful night. All up this routine takes about 30 minutes but that also incorporates your skincare and hygiene routine.

~ GET CLEAN & COSY
Clean away the day, there's nothing better than jumping into bed all clean after a quick shower. Don't forget to cleanse that face! If you're tired you can always brush your teeth in the shower to save some time.
~TURN YOUR SKINCARE IN TO A NIGHTTIME RITUAL.
Add Gua Sha into your routine for a soothing end to the day.

~ SET THE MOOD WITH SCENT
Dream On Temple Balm is for tired souls that need a little help to relax & drift off to the land of nod. It's also great on long flights when youʼre in need of some comfort. Dream On is a beautiful addition to your bedtime or relaxation routine.
Just gently massage the roller on to your temples (Make sure they are clean and dry before this).
A little Spritz of Quiescent Linen & Room Spray on your pillow is also highly recommended for that final touch of calm.
